Bergey Jewelry is your hometown jeweler, proud to be serving our community for over 50 years. The owner Jill is a third-generation jeweler. Orrin and Helen Bergey opened the original location of Bergey Jewelry in 1951, in Mt. Horeb.
This store is now owned by their granddaughter Julie. Orrin and Helen had four sons who all opened their own jewelry stores in Monroe, White Water, Fort Atkinson and Oregon. Jeff and Sue Bergey bought out Reeve's Jewelers in Oregon in February of 1972.
The store is still in the same location at 111 South Main Street in historic downtown Oregon, Wisconsin and their daughter Jill took over ownership in January of 2018. Jill was born and raised in Oregon and is now raising her family here with her husband Aaron. Jill started working in her parent's jewelry store when she was in high school, then went to MATC for small business and NWTC for jewelry repair and fabrication, she has also taken courses through the Gemological Institute of America.
